Our Mission

Our mission is to ignite a movement of faith by fostering a community of disciples who embrace Christ’s mandate to love, serve, and teach all nations

Who We Are

Spoken Word Fellowship is a teaching-centered ministry committed to igniting a movement of faith through the power of God's Word. We are a Christ-centered community with a heart for people who are familiar with church but may not have experienced a deep relationship with Christ.

Rooted in Scripture, filled with compassion, and grounded in truth, we come together to grow spiritually, relationally, and purposefully. Our desire is to help people not just hear the Word, but learn how to live it out in everyday life.

Our Vision

Our vision is to see individuals and families transformed by the spoken Word of God. We aim to raise up believers who walk with bold faith, serve with genuine love, and live with clear purpose. We believe God is calling us to reach the overlooked, teach the untaught, and strengthen those who feel forgotten.

We are building a place where faith is not just preached but practiced, where the gospel is clear, and where everyday people encounter the presence of God in powerful ways.

Our Beliefs

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, without error and fully reliable for teaching, correction, and guidance in all areas of life and faith. It is our ultimate authority.

We believe there is one true and living God, eternal in existence, who has revealed Himself as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He is holy, all-powerful, and full of love and mercy.

We believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose from the dead, and ascended to the right hand of the Father. He is our Savior, Lord, and soon-coming King.

We believe the Holy Spirit dwells in every believer and empowers us for holy living, bold witness, and spiritual growth. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a distinct experience after salvation, evidenced by speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.

We believe all people need salvation through Jesus Christ. Salvation is a gift of grace, received by faith, not earned by works. It brings forgiveness, spiritual rebirth, and a restored relationship with God.

We believe sanctification is both a one-time act and a lifelong process of being made holy through the power of the Holy Spirit. It is God’s work in us, shaping us to reflect the character of Christ.

We believe the Church is the body of Christ, made up of all believers. It exists to worship God, build up the saints, serve the world, and proclaim the gospel. We are committed to being a local fellowship that lives out this mission in love and truth.

We believe in water baptism by immersion as a public declaration of faith in Jesus Christ and in the Lord’s Supper as a sacred remembrance of His sacrifice.

We believe Jesus Christ will return to earth personally, visibly, and gloriously to reign in power and justice. We live in expectation of His return and seek to be faithful until He comes.

We believe in the resurrection of the righteous and the wicked, those who are in Christ to everlasting life, and those who reject Him to eternal separation from God.
